Description

Sliders earned a substantial fan base thanks to its intriguing central premise - the existence of multiple alternate realities - and impressive special effects. Quinn (Jerry O’Connell) is a college student who accidentally discovers a portal into alternate dimensions. With the help of his professor (John Rhys-Davies), a spunky Girl Friday (Sabrina Lloyd), and a soul crooner (Cleavant Derricks), he encounters a host of strange parallel Earths in the first season, including one where the British still control the United States and one where society is strictly matriarchal and the sliders try to start a "men’s movement".

    Its out of order! After episode, originally episode six "Summer of Love" was suppose to air on tv then episode five "The Prince of Wails" came afterwards to help explain a few things like why the time counted down and such, but FOX didn't do that, they aired episode three "Fever" after the two part pilot episode. Here it the correct list for season one: 1-2. "Pilot, (Parts 1 and 2)" 6. "Summer of Love" 5. "The Prince of Wails" 3. "Fever" 4. "Last Days" 8. "The Weaker Sex" 7. "Eggheads" 9. "The King is Back" 10. "Luck of the Draw"

    Love Sliders back when it first came on back in the 90s but one thing is itunes got the eps mixed up it should be "Summer Of love" Then Prince of Wails" then Fever and then Last days, the rest are in the right order though, but yeah other than that good job!!!

    This was one of my two favorite television shows of the mid-90s. I loved the whole concept and I loved the characters--especially Rembrandt, for some reason that I still can't really nail down. That said, I issue a slight warning. The real eighth episode is "The Weaker Sex," and the ninth episode is "Luck of the Draw." "The Weaker Sex" is the episode mentioed in the iTunes description about a matriarchal society, I think, so that makes it even stranger to me that it is missing. (The episodes are also in order of air date, not in order of filming, but that's another matter.) I highly, highly recommend this show, anyway.

    I watched this show when it first came out. I love it! I love all the diffrent type of worlds, very thought proveking, and funny. This is one of my favorite shows, I'll buy the DVD set soon.
